I, the resident of California, oppose the demolition of existing single family homes and replacing them with oversized structures that are incompatible with the neighborhood.

These bungalow courts are very important from a cultural and historic standpoint. This was a wonderful way of increasing community between neighbors, and this is a lovely example. Whatever they want to replace it with is probably going to be a boxy eyesore. Please save it!

Historic homes tells a story and gives us windows into architectural styles and the past. Please do not destroy these homes. Those over grown condos popping up all over the city are ugly, soulless and destroys neighborhoods. They create more congestion and less green space.

As a result of COVID-19, there is an observed and increasing trend for people preferring to live away from high density developments, especially those that require elevators.

Please stop this, we have no need to continue lining greedy pockets. We are the ones that need to deal with the excessive traffic. These ugly condos & buildings are killing the once charming neighborhoods we all grew up in. Enough is enough!!!!!!!
