Please don't destroy the community, friendship, and family relationships that began and have grown from living in the bungalows.

Why doesn't this city care about quality and quaintness. Historic homes add value and beauty to a city. New developments are a dime a dozen. Just look at the cities with high home values- they aren't the cities with track homes.

These historic homes are part of California architectural history. It'd be a shame to see them go.

To not consider the beauty of these historic buildings is a shame and a testament to the backwards thinking of our city. You can never replace these treasures with the track home like buildings that are being approved. Shame on Alhambra for destroying tbis once quaint city.

The bungalows will be more beneficial in the future as historic quaint town of Alhambra. It will bring in more beauty to a a place that is unlike the hustle and bustle of the city.
