This would be a GREAT addition to our community. People who love and have supported Sunriver for years should not have to move to Bend - or even further away - when they reach the point of needing assistance. And spouses in need of memory care should not have to be separated from family members who wish to remain here.

Hello Scott,
The CC&R's currently do not allow "assisted living facility" within the uses permitted on the property. We are simply seeking our "assisted living facility" use to be added to the permitted uses through a collection of signatures of 75% of the owners in the surrounding neighborhoods of the property as stated in the by-laws governing the property. This change only effects this property and will not effect any other CC&R's in-place. The change will effect the entire property but all changes are also subject to SROA design committee review and approval.

I am NOT agreeing to the change in CC&Rs withput further clarification on the changes. What are they? Is this a one time exception? What other effects will a change have? How much of the property will the change effect?
