To the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, in Legislature Assembled:
We, the undersigned residents of Alberta, petition the legislative Assembly to urge the Government of Alberta to ensure the Sundre Hospital and Care Center remains open and operating at its present level of service and capacity, at minimum, due to the vital nature of this service to the thousands of people living in and visiting Sundre and the surrounding area each year. Any reduction in service may cause the lives of area residents and visitors to the Sundre area to be subjected to unnecessary risk. Including, the STARS helipad service being reestablished to its former service.
Seeing all this movement on the page is genuinely dizzying and I keep refreshing the screen because I cannot believe how many people feel the same way about our hospital and the helipad. It feels like the tide is finally turning and I am just sitting here in total shock thinking about how important it is that we do not lose this lifeline for our community.

STARS is a lifeline out here. If you close that pad people are going to die waiting for help. DO NOT SHUT IT DOWN.
