Ed, This is long over do so thank you for getting the information out there. Walkers, runners, roller bladers and bikers will greatly appreciate being able to exercise in a safe environment. Now is the acceptable time.

Would love to be able to enjoy a walk along the river. Have been a resident for over 40 years

I love nature, and it would be lovely to walk in green space. Also, it is dangerous for bikes to travel on Manatee Ave! Ann Rogers (34209)

This is an amazing opportunity to add a trail to let everyone experience old Florida and nature. Please support this and spread the word.

What a boon for citizens' quality of life and for businesses in Bradenton! Imagine biking or walking to events in downtown Bradenton without having to look for a parking place! If you're lucky enough to live along Riverview, the trail will beautify your neighborhood and get slow-moving bikers and pedestrians off the road. Going to lunch on Main Street would be a relaxing excursion.

It sounds like a good idea. The situation, as it currently is, is dangerous.

I think this is a great idea—great for residents and for Bradenton. Let's make Bradenton healthier and safer!

The County should care less about wealthy, politically influential resident objectors (who think they own the city/county right of way) and more about the average citizen with a bike or the need to stay healthy by walking.

This trail will be a fantastic addition to the lifestyle of Bradenton. It will also attract many people to visit the area.
