Ed,
This is long over do so thank you for getting the information out there. Walkers, runners, roller bladers and bikers will greatly appreciate being able to exercise in a safe environment.
Now is the acceptable time.

I love nature, and it would be lovely to walk in green space. Also, it is dangerous for bikes to travel on Manatee Ave! Ann Rogers (34209)

What a boon for citizens' quality of life and for businesses in Bradenton! Imagine biking or walking to events in downtown Bradenton without having to look for a parking place! If you're lucky enough to live along Riverview, the trail will beautify your neighborhood and get slow-moving bikers and pedestrians off the road. Going to lunch on Main Street would be a relaxing excursion.

It sounds like a good idea. The situation, as it currently is, is dangerous.

I think this is a great idea—great for residents and for Bradenton. Let's make Bradenton healthier and safer!

The County should care less about wealthy, politically influential resident objectors (who think they own the city/county right of way) and more about the average citizen with a bike or the need to stay healthy by walking.

This trail will be a fantastic addition to the lifestyle of Bradenton. It will also attract many people to visit the area.
