Completely disrupts why I moved to the community in the first place, to be away from such large gatherings.

The one thing we can do is speak up! Don't assume your neighbor will handle it! Go to the meeting tomorrow night at Perry Library with Denny Barney (6:30pm) HEAR the Facts, voice your opinions and make and INFORMED DECISION! Don't allow them to take our rights as homeowners/residents away! #StopThe SUP

Not only would the noise level be a problem... but what happens when someone leaves one of these events who's had way too much to drink and drives through our neighborhood.... something tragic for sure :(

This is a very sad and a total disappoint to put this in place for 30 years. Please take a look at a way to lower the amount of years.

We bought 10 years ago because of the peaceful surroundings. This SUP is not peaceful by any means and should not be allowed. Typical Government looking out for the tax dollar and not the well being of those who voted them into office. If this passes the MCBS need to be recalled. Tea Party Patriot

The owners of WHR are only interested in making money. Very inconsiderate neighbors and I oppose SUP.

This is absolutely crazy... How can you have a rehab program and sell alcohol on premises at the same time. I live directly across the street already have major issues with Flies and noise now I have to worry about concerts and carnivals. I just bought my home and I am sure this is not good for my property value or our the families that live in Sun Groves. occasional events I can deal with but not every night of the week. That seems like it would be a lot for them yo ask. The facility clearly shows that they are only concerned with money sice they provide Alcohol and drug treatment however want to throw concerts, but sell beer at the same time. I can not even believe that someone would be so selfish to allow even the possibility of EVERY night. I suppose they do not live in the community raising children!

I live right behind this facility - loud speaker heard at 8:00 am on a Sunday morning - this is ridiculous

The PA system is extremely loud, dust gets out of control, and there is nothing appropriate about such large gatherings this close to a family neighborhood.
