Sun Groves Residents in support of a Family Neighborhood Environment

i am completely opposed to a 30 year permit

This is very disruptive during the week. I also live on the other side of Val Vista and can hear the music as if I am playing it in my house. With a small child- this is no good!

It is very loud and disruptive. Allowing events to go until 11pm, and serving alcohol are a bit too much...especially living right across the street. I can hear the loud speaker as if it is in my own living room. I am completely against this occurring.

This is a NOT a good thing for our community. Noise, traffic, alcohol sales, etc all within our small community with a school within yards of this facility? Absolutely not. This will negatively affect our home values and our peacefulness and potentially our safe area. 100% opposed.

I oppose this special use permit due to concern for our quality of life for our families in Sun Groves.

I live directly across st am already bothered by noise, we just bought home on October & dont want our property value going down.

The noise pollution that will result from this permit approval will damage Sun Groves' family environment. This does not take into consideration what this does to the residents near this facility.

I oppose to the new permit. The loud speaker at 7 am is unacceptable (without windows and doors open). The raffic is horrible! The loud trucks and trailers! It was so nice out this weekend but we were unable to open windows or sit outside.

I oppose this permit at Welcome Home Ranch/Volken Academy. I oppose any treatment facility serving alcohol in the first place. This is a residential neighborhood with small children. Just the chance of their patrons driving under the influence is a major concern. This permit is HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE FOR AN ALCOHOL AND DRUG TREATMENT FACILITY. I highly recommend this permit be revoked for the safety and value of the Sun Groves neighborhood. This permit may make Welcome Home Ranch income and value but it devalues our neighborhood.

I live right across the street from the Welcome Home Ranch and even with all the improvements that they have made, I can still hear them talking on the talking on the loud speaker inside my house. Trying to get a baby to sleep when you are constantly hearing talking etc. is very difficult. Please stop this from happening.

I oppose to the zoning changes described in this special use permit. It will negatively impact the surrounding neighborhoods, it could pose saftey issues to our neighborhood families. We have Sr. citizen communities, elementary schools and high schools all in the area. It would be irresponsible to allow something like that to be approved.

I'm opposed to the 30-year provision of this permit. I believe the Welcome Home Ranch is a responsible owner, but if the facility is sold and the permit goes with it, we could have serious problems.

I am a chandler home owner and very concerned about this special use permit. I feel it will affect the neighborhood and home values in a negative way.

We do not need any facility with a 30 year permit. Too many things can change in thirty years.
