I oppose this. The number events being requested is excessive.

I Don't understand how they can give an 'approval recommend' so close to a residential area. What basis did they use?

It is a terrible thing when such a venue moves into an existing neighborhood filled with families who bought homes based on existing noise levels and levels of traffic, then threatens to change the dynamics of the home lives of those in the area. Not completely dissimilar to an airport that moves in after housing already exists. I've been there over 10 years, and moved to the area partially due to the quiet surroundings that this change will destroy. Our rights need to take precedence over this proposed change!

I live just west of the ranch and have been in Sun Groves since 2004. I am opposed to the 30 year SUP. I have witnessed an increase in traffic on a road that is not built to support the increase and with inadequate signage for parking a lot of u-turns in a narrow area as a result.

Please do not approve this Special Use Permit. It is next to a neighborhood where children have lived and young children are in bed sleeping well before 11;00 pm nightly, and have been, well before WHR came in and disrupted the peace and quiet. Thank you for hearing us.

whose interests are at heart here, with alcohol being served near a rehab facility? this is absurd,as is bringing all the noise and parking problems to a beautiful, quiet, peace loving area of Chandler. are our city fathers going to sell us out? we all know that the bottom line is about money-always! will Chandler's reputation as a wonderful place to raise a family or not?
I moved here 7 years ago into a quite neighborhood and would like it to remain as such. This is a neighborhood with a lot of children and I worry about them with all of the additional traffic this is going bring. I have already noticed the increase of traffic with means more accidents etc. I oppose the loud noise and especially at 11:00pm when people are trying to sleep.

Why in Gods name would you serve alcohol at a REHAB facility. The noise and traffic is already bad during their events.

I live several blocks away, but the late-night noise when events are going on is still very loud. I am also concerned that a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center is planning alcohol to be served at these "family" events. Up until recently, they've managed to hide the fact that they are also a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center. THey should not be granted such an extended Special Use Permit.

This will not happen or there will be a law suit against Maricopa Planning and zoning!

Concerned about the propensity for way into-the-nights loud noise, lights and excess traffic.

I am bothered by the fact that this is a drug and alcohol treatment center would be allowed to serve alcohol at all. We can hear noise late into the night from Gilbert Days I am opposed to any more events that would add noise and large amounts of people to be gathered right across the street from our quiet neighborhood.
