I have been hearing from so many of you who are just as terrified as I am that these empty lots will become tools for the banks to hike our fees. I am spending my evenings gathering every document I can find on the original bylaws while we prepare to challenge Community Solutions head on.

Reaching one hundred neighbors is a massive milestone for us. I am terrified of what the corporate owners will do to our homes if we stay silent so thank you for looking out for our community.

Get rid of the HOA! They a joke, they only enforce rules when it’s convenient and I DO NOT think residents of summit ridge are responsible for paying for the new road!
For one they live clear in texas!!!! For two where is this money they are fining going cause it should be going back Into our little community. 880 sunset dr.
396 Firestone Dr. I think it is time for them to go. We get 0 Benefit from them. We only get compliance handled, Which many homes are out of compliance constantly. So seems like a real bad deal for me.
HOA here ridicules, more like a scam Santaquin has it covered with their regulations and codes Don't need them, great place to live, better without their wishy washy BS To much pic and chose what they enforce After 3 bankruptcies I thought they were gone, and who wants HOA that runs this from TX or MT
This HOA does nothing the city can't do. Our neighborhood is beautiful because of the home owners not the association that imposes nonsensical restrictions! Down with the HOA!

I was looking at homes in this subdivision and would have made an offer, but won't now. I'm moving to get away from a terrible HOA, that is not actually controlled by the residents, I don't want to deal with another.
