To increase school academic achievment. I am proposing a plan to have schoolwork over summer. Teens will get summer work packets from their future teachers of the following school year that must be completed and turned in on the first day back. This ultimately to teens that choose to complete the packet will increase their overall grades and tests scores. Instead of taking an opposite effect (which is how our system works now) that ultimately takes most teens to "get back into the school funk".
