Can't even watch a video without it stopping & starting.. We have a business and it is so slow and doesn't work many times. Have called them numerous times but nothing changes. Need several alternatives in this area and ringer hill area.

Frontier should be put out of business and it's CEO prosecuted. We've been cheated, lied to and made to pay for services we did not receive, we need options.

This Internet is absolutely the worst ! We pay $49 a month and can't even watch a Netflix movie . 95% of the time you can't even open up a webpage on your computer it takes more than 10 minutes to open the page . Some company needs to get some Internet out here to us
