Frontier never works right! Having them out tomorrow for them to say it's not my router and then they will tell me that they will look into it!

Frontier is terrible. They are coming out again tomorrow, maybe... if they show, to "fix" my less that 1.0 connection. Can't work from home, kids can't complete their homework, on hold for an hour to get through to talk to someone from Texas...people that do come out to pretend to fix the less than adequate service, have no clue what they are doing when they get here... wish there was another option.

I work at the Red Rock Job Corps Center in Sullivan County and our students deserve to have a better internet connection to talk to their families while they are working on their education and training. This will help them stay supported and would be one less worry for them.

I have even been told that satellite internet is not available. Frontier has a monopoly, and has lied to us numerous times, promising to upgrade, but they have not. Thank you

More residents of Sullivan County need to have an other option besides only having Frontier, like Blue Ridge & their excellent service!

Could really use a DSL provider. My "DSL" through Frontier isn't even fast enough to be called slow. Slow is considered 5 and I am getting 1.9 to 2.3. WOW !!!!

Please extend services out near Pioneer Campground in Laporte. We would love another company besides Frontier.

Moved 2 months ago, found out no DSL ports available. Can't get internet at all from Frontier until someone disconnects their service. And they will not upgrade/add ports. Need another provider!

I grew up in the county and I am shocked when I visit my parents and their internet has not gotten much faster than when we had dial-up back in 1999. Unacceptable for what they are paying for!

I own a home in Sullivan County, however although I still own the home I moved out of the area... I must say I am happy I don't pay Frontier anymore... as I never know what "high speed " internet was until I moved!
