I have spent my mornings communicating with department heads to push for a formal review of our status. The personal stories I read here remind me exactly why we endured years of extra training to reach this point.

Seeing this kind of movement confirms that my colleagues and I are not alone in our struggle for recognition. This momentum shows that the administration can no longer ignore the gravity of our situation.

totaly agree. we need these specialists working and supported properly. fix this mess asap.
Finally some recognition for the hard work these fellows put in. AAU has to step up and honor the commitment made to these doctors.

its about time this was addressed. these graduates deserve better after years of training and sacrifice. DO THE RIGHT THING.
