4. Doctors Shortages: The severe shortage of doctors in Kilifi County has caused undue strain on our healthcare system, adversely impacting the well-being of both employees and citizens alike. We demand immediate action to attract and retain qualified doctors by improving working conditions, offering competitive salaries, providing necessary resources and infrastructure, and ensuring the availability of necessary medical equipment and supplies.
We believe that addressing these concerns is paramount not only for the welfare of the workforce but also for the overall betterment of Kilifi County. By taking action to rectify these issues, we can ensure a productive, empowered, and prosperous community.

We are working in the wrong Job group for several years. This is unfair and unacceptable!
The situation is of medical services in Public hospitals in Kilifi county and other public hospitals in other counties due severe shortage of Doctors. Rate of employing doctor and other health workers by counties is wanting. Quality health services can only be granteed with enough human resource work force. Let us fight for quality medical services in our public hospitals.
Kilifi Doctors deserve so much better for their hard work and not this unfair treatment!

I agree with the petition. However on the shortage part you need to state it properly that the county NEEDS TO HIRE DOCTORS which they haven't done since the new govt came into office! How can a doctor be out unemployed when there is a grievous shortage!?
