Unlike peer youth soccer clubs, and in conflict with Redwood League rules, MP Strikers FC is governed without a formal Constitution or Bylaws. To assure its continued growth and success, I support the adoption of a Constitution and Bylaws substantially similar to those contained in the document "_Proposed Strikers Bylaws" found at http://groups.google.com/group/strikersgovernance
