Stratford Homeowners protest against the Stratford HOA Board's actions to shut down the Summit Seals swim team
We believe that the current attempts by the HOA Board to shut down the Summit Seals Swimteam are unjustified and unwarranted for the following reasons:
1) The action has not been fully and properly put before the members of the HOA, and thus action has been taken without full and proper consultation of the members.
2) The use of HOA funds to fight this case is inappropriate as the members have not been asked to vote on the matter.
We demand that the HOA ceases all action against the Summit HOA and the Summit Seals swim team, and does not spend any more of our HOA funds in this action, until a full discussion has taken place with all Stratford HOA members, and a FULL member vote has taken place.

The volume of support from our neighbors has now reached a level that the HOA board can no longer ignore. I am currently drafting a formal letter to the board requesting an immediate hold on all legal expenditures. This document will be delivered to the board president by the end of the week.

Living in Stratford for 10 years and ive never seen such a power trip. Leave the team alone!!
im a resident and i want answers now. this board needs to be replaced.
Absolute joke. Quit using our dues for your personal vendetta against the swim team.
Who gave them the right to vote on this without asking us first? total overreach.
This is ridiculous. Those kids have been swimming here for years. The board needs to stop spending our money on this nonsense.
