This petition is a protest against the actions of the Stratford Board HOA, this action has been created by Stratford Homeowners.
We believe that the current attempts by the HOA Board to shut down the Summit Seals Swimteam are unjustified and unwarranted for the following reasons:
1) The action has not been fully and properly put before the members of the HOA, and thus action has been taken without full and proper consultation of the members.
2) The use of HOA funds to fight this case is inappropriate as the members have not been asked to vote on the matter.
We demand that the HOA ceases all action against the Summit HOA and the Summit Seals swim team, and does not spend any more of our HOA funds in this action, until a full discussion has taken place with all Stratford HOA members, and a FULL member vote has taken place.
