COMMON SENSE. Businesses should pay their part just like residents. Get it done council.
My basement has flooded twice this year. This utility system is the only way to get the upgrades done right.
Enough with the general fund nonsense. Just make it a utility fee and move on. Its only fair if everyone pays their share.
About time we fixed the storm drains. Tired of the flooding on main st every time it rains
Finally some logic. My taxes are high enough already, put this on a utility fee and stop robbing the general fund.

Stop shifting the costs around. If we want better roads and pipes we need a dedicated fund. Period.
