Main concern is fire hazard. Why consider development during this drought period, granted this project was probably kicked off prior to Project Manager realizing the direction Mother Nature was moving towards. But now that there is no denying, change your direction and cancel this unwanted project. Thank you.

Wow-it is incredibly hard to understand why a project of this nature would be considered important considering our drought issues etc. Bonelli Park provides many amenities nearby and the new Performing Arts Center is a beautiful new venue too host concerts, plays etc. These two facilities certainly provide some of the same amenities that the Walnut Creek project is proposing. Why spend additional tax funds to create something that is simply not needed, and will create new impactful potentially harmful issues in the community. Good way to get voted out of office.

As a resident I oppose the Walnut Creek project. I feel this will not benefit my neighborhood with increase traffic, crime etc!!

We don't need more people coming into these areas - it is one of our last local natural areas - no more development is needed. just keep what there is clean!!!!

We purchased here mana many years ago all the orchards are gone and few hillsides are left. Once you remove it then it's gone forever! Most homeowners purchased here to have nature, wildlife and tranquil setting. We don't want to be Orange County. We are San Dimas. You are driving down the wildlife environment to nothing! We have taken away enough of their land. Preserve what is left. It's such a sad shame that the dollar is ruining what San Dimas has which is worth more in so many other ways!!!

inappropriate use of walnut creek which has a lovely hiking trail. duplicates uses already offered by bonelli park & san dimas canyon. small community does not need any more! save our via verde community from this development!

I also agree that this project has far more downsides than any benefits. Traffic & vehicle speed along Ave Loma Vista is already out of control. Many residents have commented that Bonelli Park serves as a useful alternative and I couldn't agree more. STOP this project! Will the city council listen?

This project increases the risk of crime to my home and neighborhood. This project is unnecessary mostly because of the nearby recrational lake that exist only minutes away
