Stop the San Dimas City Council from approving the Walnut Creek Project. Some of the possible uses include a restaurant, campground, ranger station, nature center, parking lots and more, which will lower home values due to increased traffic, graffiti, vandalism and increase fire danger due to leftover trash from visitors.

PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION AND COMMENT THAT YOU ARE A SAN DIMAS RESIDENT.

The point of putting this land in a conservancy was to leave it undeveloped. Homes were not built here because there is no way to get into this property. This is still true. Do not develop this land. Many plants and animals live here; do not disturb there home.

We moved to the Woodwalk Via Verde area to escape the traffic and noise that exist in other areas. If this project is approved, the peace and charm of this neighborhood will surely diminish and become unsafe for my family.

What this project is proposing, we already have it at Bonelli Park. We value our residential neighborhoods just as they are - quiet and private. We do not need outsiders flocking in to our residential areas like they already do at Bonelli.

I live in Via Verde a block from Loma Vista Ave. Speed bumps had to be installed on Loma Vista Ave in front of Loma Vista Park because of excessive speed in this area. More traffic will not help this situation.

We don't need anymore nature centers or campgrounds! The current maintenance park department can't keep up with the maintenance of the current trails. People are using the current Walnut creek trails to use drugs.

This project is far too close to homes. It will destroy this peaceful and quite Via Verde district area. Apart from the damage of property value, I am really concern outsiders from elsewhere will cause and increase unnecessary crimes activities. Home owner - 1214 Paseo Sombra, San Dimas.

The reason we live in Via Verde is for the peacefulness and tranquility of the neighborhood. The Walnut Creek project will absolutely distroy this! Please do not allow this to happen. We are homeowners, our opinions should be valued we pay property taxes that the city receives a portion of!

This is my favorite place to bike, it would be a real shame.
