As much as i feel like we may just have to wear these uniforms, i still want my word out there somewhere. I know you guys at the school board office may not agree but i think this is unfair especially to the kids in high school. We've gone through public school all this time without uniforms so why now? I always thought that public schools stood out because they didn't wear uniforms, now there won't be anything unique about them or us. It would all be the same. I don't want that. I know other students, teachers and some parents don't either. Please don't do this to us. Don't punish the kids that never get dress code referrals for what wrong others are doing, keep the same conduct we've always had and punish the kids that are sagging, or showing cleavage. Not Us; not me! So if you feel the same way and feel like uniforms are not what our school board of Alachua County needs then feel free to sign this petition and add your comments we need as much help as possible.
