The volume of support has now reached a point where legal counsel is preparing formal documentation to submit to the ABC board. This momentum provides the necessary leverage for our upcoming meetings with local investigators. We are currently finalizing the summary of the nine code violations to present as evidence during the appeal process.

390 days isnt even enough. that place is a nightmare and a danger to the whole neighborhood. shut it down for good.
No reason to attack someone like that. The law is the law and he needs to face the consequences instead of hiding behind fancy lawyers.
