Encourage Council Members to appeal the recent Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals decision allowing tattoo shop in Hermosa Beach.
We want to encourage family-oriented businesses. We do not want tattoo businesses added to our already heavy concentration of bars in our small beach city.
We want to avoid adding businesses that require increased hygiene and policing enforcement.
Keep Hermosa Beach for Hermosa Beach residents who care what happens to this city.
The Ninth Circuit Court has the most overturned decisions of any other appeals court. By signing this petition Hermosa Beach has a chance of not being saturated with tattoo shops.

The momentum behind this effort proves that the people who actually live here are finished with the Ninth Circuit forcing unwanted businesses onto our streets. We are holding the line against this agenda because our beach town is not a playground for outside interests to exploit.

Keep Hermosa family friendly. There are plenty of other places to put these tattoo parlors. Not here.
Enough with the bars already, we do not need more weird shops on our streets. Keep our beach town classy.

seriously? we have enough trouble with the bar crowds as it is. this is the last thing we need.
