There are so many poor cats and dogs being euthenized everyday because of the overpopulation of pets. Not only that, but there are many, many cats and dogs at the shelter who are starting to think that the shelter is their home. They have given up hope for a forever home because there are not enough people who are smart enough to adopt from a shelter. Many dogs and cats are being let loose because of finacial problems. Letting dogs and cats go is becoming a problem as well. Now, there are so many dogs let loose that they are actually forming packs. It is completely devastating to see so many animals dying and giving up hope. We have to do something to save them and make a difference. Which means we have to create and pass a law to make people neuter their pets and shut down puppies mills. If everyone except breeders with licenses neuters their pets, then people and cats and dogs would be happier.  Then a real differnce would be made.  So please, open up your heart and sign this petition.  Please help those poor cats and dogs.
