What's the point of forcing councils to build all these new houses when West Yorkshire's transport infra-structure in about gridlocked!!

Travelling between the main cities in the north of England is outdated and ridiculously time consuming

Give us a fair deal and prioritise taking money from where and from whom it isn't needed and giving us a break as the current trains and service is not up to the job

Just let the politicians be honest and tell us that Standedge Tunnel is the majority of the reason this is being delayed. Also the obfucation of politicians - nothing new there then

The huge inward investment to the SE is disproportionate to the needs and population of the rest of the UK.

I'm disgusted that in a democracy that 92% of infrastructure spending on transport projects is currently being spent in the SE of England We all pay our taxes surely it should be proportional Cross rail 2 should follow electrification and new, not cast off, rolling stock outside of London and the SE What with crossrail ,Thameslink and all new rolling stock London is getting a perversely unfair chunk of the UK wide spending pot This will only accentuate disaffection with a SE centric government whoever is in power Be fair and honest chancellor and stick to your pre election promises

Investment in the rail infrastructure between the west and east coast, ie between Liverpool and Hull is vital if there is to be any northern economic build up.

I feel cheated my the Conservatives as they have given false promises to the North. The North needs to look at pulling away from the London centered South now.

Just another false government promise which enhances the North/South divide
