Reject the thoughtless and careless expansion of Palomar Airport! Preserve the character of the surrounding community that is ALREADY IMPACTED ENOUGH by existing air traffic.

It will mirror John Wayne Airport in Orange County's air traffic pattern, the approach pattern will be over other cities, i.e.. Vista, Oceanside which means low approaching aircraft decreasing air speed.....

I do not want an huge airport in my backyard. The traffic, pollution and noise, just to name a few, will change my change the quantity of life in this neighborhood. What is going on in Carlsbad recently is just sad.

We bought a home here knowing about the airport AS IT IS. We already deal with flights not following the flight path. We would NOT have bought a home here knowing that it could become the size of John Wayne airport and attrack those size of planes. In addition there absolutely needs to be mandatory quite hours for flights from 10pm to 6am. This is only reasonble for residents quality of life.

We in the community do not need or want this runway expansion. We don't use the loud private jets polluting the air space above our homes now. Fly in and out over Rancho Santa Fe not Oceanside. We've lived in our home since 1985 and don't want the added safety risk.
