I can't sleep at night with the airplanes flying over my neighborhood.

This is insanity! We have airplanes flying over Bressi Ranch and not following the landing route. The noise, pollution and safety concerns surrounding this airport are already a problem…and they want to expand? Give me a break!

Residents of Carlsbad, Vista and N. County do not understand the gravity of adding larger jets to a “regional airport” like Palomar. BOS Jim Desmond not your friend.

A climate emergency is no time to consider expanding the airport and increase the use of fossil fuels.

As a commercial airline pilot with over 10,000 hours I understand the importance of being a “good neighbor” pilot. Too many pilots “buzz” over homes at low altitude either due to ignorance or intentional violation of the Voluntary Noise Abatement Plan and FAA rules. After living with this for over 15 years I see the only way forward is to establish a MANDATORY Noise Abatement Plan and start violating pilots who don’t follow it.

Please enforce the flight patterns and time frames for this airport. The current situation in which the "rules" are not adhered to, especially for jet traffic, is unsafe. It also has significant and detrimental impacts on the surrounding communities.

Would you mind not ruining the peacefulness and tranquility of our neighborhood by expanding the Palomar Airport? We need to protect our environment and prevent the climate crisis from getting worse.

Safety and noise abatement is paramount and the FAA should enforce its guidelines. Currently low flying aircraft over neighborhoods is a major safety issue.

The noise is already problematic even around 9:00 PM; please don't allow the expansion.

Because aircraft are not confined to the district in which Palomar exists, decisions cannot be confined to only the those self-interested bureaucrats in the district in which the airport exists!
We DO want altitude restrictions to prevent low flying aircraft over our homes, REGARDLESS of point of origin or destination. We DO want frequency limits on the number aircraft in our airspace. We DO want restrictions on our airspace that is being abused as flight training areas for other airports. We DO want the FAA to start enforcing safe skies piloting. NextGEN is making things worse not better.

No expansion and enforce the flight patterns. Don't tell me to get the tail number on a small, single engine joy riding plane, or a fast commuter jet. Late night, early morning and all day noise.

Since Palomar switched several years ago from mostly popular craft to corporate jets a noise has increased. Also the jet pilots leave starting at 4 AM and ignore the time. Suggested for quiet. Many of them get on their afterburners before they get out over the ocean others try to stay quiet. Expansion will just make it worse for those of us in the flight path
