Most planes here seems to be chartered or recreational thats good, We dont need any further expansion for commercial purpose, its already pretty busy as it is

My main concern is the private small planes that constantly on a daily basis fly over lake san macros that cause loud engine noise, like 11 lawn mowers running, and a danger to the community. don`t wait for one of these planes to crash in a neighborhood, stop the nonsense NOW!

The air traffic has increased significantly. How can this be helpful in terms of increasing the value of Carlsbad being a vacation destination ? Travel from the ss airport is 30-40 minutes .. which is standard for any vacation destination. Increasing this airport makes no sense

I'm in San Marcos the country area in beautiful nieghborhoods and we are getting bigger planes flying very low over our houses, we are on the hills and by Mission Hills High School. This has been extremely annoying and aggrevating over the last 4 to 5 yrs. We enjoyed the small planes for many years but now is horrible. These big planes are flying over us near the 78frwy for landing at 11:30pm, midnight and 1am in the morning. This needs to stop! This never use to happen! We were never in a fly zone and now all of a sudden we seem to be daily.

I'm tired of seeing planes fly over my home often, which are out of flight landing routes. I was told when I moved here that my house was not in any flight route. Well, that's been a joke. Seems like airplanes go where ever they want. Not good. NO for EXPANSION!

The movement to extend the runway at Palomar Airport is driven by corporations and an attempt to have commuter jets to service businesses. 95% of the jets taking off at Palomar are corporate owned. There are North County residents who literally commute to the bay area from Monday to Thursday to work for corporations like EBay and Google. They don’t want to drive to SD Airport weekly.
And speaking of noise enforcement, last Monday a large jet took off at 5:25 am and another one at 5:45 am. So much FAA enforcing their own rules.
I cannot see any local residents will benefit from commuter jets, since most won’t use them.
