The airplanes and helicopters are out of control and need to abide by the rules. Penalties need to enforced of any and all flying in the restricted areas. Many times it sounds like an air show. This needs to stop.

I do not support any runway expansion at McClellan Paloma Airport. I want the airport to remain as a small aviation airport.

Loved here 1 mi SW of Palomar Airport for 22 years. Now days many more pilots are ignoring noise abatement procedures, including flying over my home and departing in quiet hours. Expansion of airport will only make matters worse and embolden more pilots to disregard effects of their flying patterns regarding noise, safety, and pollution. Please do not make matters worse with expansion. Thank you.

Based on SANDAG's mobility plan for the County, the expansion of Palomar Airport is unnecessary. The County needs to consider other modes of transportation v another polluting airport.

I have lived here since 1974. The airport traffic is getting scary, and the thought of Carlsbad turning into John Wayne capacity to ease the San Diego Airport traffic will destroy north county. The student planes fly so low over our neighborhood that you can hear them "add power" to continue their flight. If your car is white, you can see the oil spray from the planes engines. The larger planes including the so-called small jets that get cut out (turn right) of the pattern and fly over my house rattle my windows.

I live in San Marcos just north of The Hollandia Dairy directly under the approach to Palomar Airport. I'm 83 years old and hard of hearing, but Lord help us all if a Lear 25, Piaggio P180 Avanti or Beechcraft Starship are flying an ILS Approach and even VFR and dragging it in.

Stop the Expansion!!!! The aiport doesn't give a crap about anyone's sanity. The noise is unbearable and despite numerous complaints, the airport does nothing to remedy the situation.

It’s as if they fly low over the house and rev whatever it is that a pilot revs to make all of that noise, as if on purpose. Usually the same few Cessna. They loop this way and go back. They have flown low enough to take a picture, catch the identification numbers, look them up and see exactly what they are doing on a map in real time. Repeating daily.
