The kind of airport they are trying to turn this into should NEVER be situated so close to a residential community. Noise pollution, physical pollution all in the name of pursuing profits.

I urge the County of San Diego Board of Supervisors, the FAA and City of Carlsbad retain McClellan-Palomar Airport as a small aviation center in the best interest for quality of life in surrounding areas. Stop runway expansions. Stop unmanned overnight tower and unaccounted flights. Ensure pilots use predetermined flight paths and adherence to elevations on approach.

I am resident of Vista. Our home is not meant to be in the flight path. Yet planes cut often. I do not support any expansion of the airport in Carlsbad as it directly impacts our neighborhood, home and especially our health.

We must stop the expansion - Sundays are ruined for outdoor living as one jet after the other takes off in the afternoons. Mornings are crazy with take offs before 6 a.m. It can only get worse with expansion.

Agreed to regional airport. Larger jets are now flying out and banking over Poinsettia Park at all hours. Please vote no to keep Cars ad from becoming like John Wayne Airport and worse with no mandatory operational hours.
