Mandatory flight paths away from residential areas and quiet hours are needed. Many pilots do not "fly friendly."

We already have enough noise over our neighborhood with the military planes that fly over our beach area every day. We also hear all of the of the Jets that already fly over our house. Do not expand the runway the noise over our neighborhoods in the safety issues will be greatly disrupted and this will no longer be our quaint Carlsbad community.

The noise pollution is horrible. The changed flight paths have made it much worse. Definitely do not need an even bigger airport.
