I have become aware of the mandatory purchase of garbage bags in Jeannette, Pa. I believe that it is mandatory for the removal of rubbish/garbage in the neighborhood, however I believe also that the community should not be required to purchase such containers that are only available through the city of Jeannette. I do not believe that we, (as a whole) community have contributed to the debt that has been recently acquired by the city and therefore believe that this new expense for a city that already has issues regarding stability and finance is absolutely and completely a solution come to inner government that has become unacceptable to the people of the city of Jeannette.
