The feedback from associates across the country is overwhelming. Everyone knows ProRep is failing us.

It is ruining our store morale. Everyone is miserable because of these unrealistic expectations.
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Management has no clue what it's like on the floor with this software.
This system is a complete joke and makes our daily tasks impossible. Just let us do our jobs like we used to.
Please bring back the old way of doing things. We are drowning in work because of this program.
totally agree with everyone here. its broken and we need help not more programs that dont work.

prorep is trash. i spend more time fighting the computer then actually getting freight out on the floor. FIX IT.
