Petition to stop government approved appeasement of islamics. Ramadan has shown how keen our politicians are to appease the Muslims. This is evidenced by hosting the muslims for a Ramadan celebration and lighting up the Empire State Building for the celebration of Eid. The only other time the EMpire State Building is illuminated is on the 4th of July. Is there any comparison between the celebration of independance and the acknowledgement of an ideology that seeks to attack the very roots of our independance. Is it right that our goverment gives in so easily to pressure from a group of people who in reality refuse to assimilate into the society they have adopted as their home.
