I am honestly stunned by how many of you have stepped up to reject this fines for crimes system. If we can reach one hundred signatures today it will show the authorities that we are not going to be quiet about this. What about the victims? criminals getting off with a slap on the wrist is why crime is going up.
The law is for protection of the public not a source of revenue. stop this iemma circus immediately.
total joke. how is a fine supposed to deter someone from breaking the law. absolute madness from the government again.
This makes me so angry. my car was broken into and the cops did nothing but now they want to just fine them? what a slap in the face.
AXE THIS NOW. criminals need to face court like everyone else. sick of paying for these people to get away with it.

Ridiculous. theyll just laugh at the payment notice on their way out.
