Elderly Woman with Alzheimer's disease head busted due to body slam by a police officer on the ground at Whitehall Ohio Walmart parking lot. She was obviously disoriented and was said to have a knife, however we can clearly see in FULL length video the situation could have been handling in a more professional and less violent manner bc the lady was obviously disabled and fragile.
