I support Colorado tobacco shops in their efforts to ensure that roll-your-own machines remain open. I am over the age of 18 and a taxpaying citizen of the State of Colorado who chooses to use machines that roll my own cigarettes for personal use. I strongly feel that the characterization of this service, retailers and RYO Machines as “tobacco manufacturers” in the State of Colorado is unfair and completely inaccurate. Colorado’s definition ignores the fact that I am a single individual using this product with no intention of public distribution. I urge my state regulators and the Attorney General to keep my concerns in mind, because beyond the legal questions, one fact remains: I am a customer, not a manufacturer!
I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO SO MANY OF YOU AND THE ENERGY IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! PEOPLE ARE FED UP WITH THESE RIDICULOUS LABELS AND WE ARE WORKING TIRELESSLY BEHIND THE SCENES TO MAKE SURE OUR SIDE OF THE STORY FINALLY GETS TOLD!! KEEP THE MOMENTUM GOING BECAUSE THIS FIGHT IS FAR FROM OVER!!

Ridiculous to label regular people like this. These machines save us money and I should be allowed to use them without all this legal garbage.

Keep the machines open. This is just a way for the state to grab more tax money. Enough is enough.
