Save the Charters!!

Initiative 1774 is shameful. The many many families I know in charter schools have children who are thriving. These amazing schools are sought after and many are enrolled to their max capacity. Does Diana Mansker really think so little of the educational needs of the children of CA?

Stupidest thing I've ever seen, Charter schools are an amazing thing! Some kids just don't do well in public school. Myself being one of them!

This is the 4th year that my 2 boys have been attending OPA SOC. Both boys have received an outstanding education and have thrived in this charter school. My teenager wants to continue onto a charter high school because he feels more comfortable and safe in a smaller school environment. He's very worried he will be bullied in a public high school. We are so grateful to have school choice!

Save our charter schools, everyone should have a choice

Learning needs to be done in the best way possible. Leave a good thing alone.

Please keep the choice for children and families available!

As a charter school graduate, I am grateful for the option to opt out of failing public schools which prioritize indoctrination into statism above academic learning and achievement. I would hate to see California imprison every single child of future generations within the Hitlerian system that is the public schools.

Many choices for many learning styles.

For my son and his peers, who greatly benefit from a charter school environment.

Much of the complaint being charged at Charter School is untrue. We DO have government over-sight, we DO require vacs, we are NOT segregating-- in fact, our schools draw from all groups and neighborhoods, so are more diverse than many area schools. Any WASC accredited school, will have to prove thier program. I am concerned these misleading and untrue charges will take away an education my kids have thrived in.

My son with autism has thrived through charter schools. Not only has he learned, he was removed from a bullying situation. His self confidence is high. Not every child learns the same way.

Everyone should have options for schools. Not every regular public school is he best fit for all kids!

I have used a charter school for my kids for many years. They are an essential resource in our communities! Do not remove Charter Schools in California!

Please do not shut down these schools. It would be terrible for all the children using this excellent program.

Charter schools are awesome! Keep our options open please.

Charter Schools provide a wonderful alternative for education and need to be protected.

I love charter schools and the teachers. They care for the children.

Signing to help keep alternative options open for children who need them! Traditional public schools have failed my son countless times, We've found a solution where he can thrive and California doesn't see the value in that???!??!
