It’s not just on Walton Ferry, it’s all over town. Build and build with no infrastructure changes to accommodate increased usage. Not only the roads, but water, electricity and sewage.

NO To High Density building. NO to more traffic & No to an influx of more people! We don't live in Nashville for a reason we don't want Hendersonville to become the mess Nashville has! Let's keep Hendersonville the way the citizens prefer it to be, don't cater to politics or the developer/builders

Please Do not do this. I live at the end of the peninsula. This will hurt all of Hendersonville if you allow this rezoning

Agree 100%. I’ve lived here my entire life & over the past 35 years traffic has increased as is tremendously. We do not need any more congestion. Just my opinion.

High density and irresponsible growth has ruined Hendersonville. And then there is the deer problem. ?? When the deer have run out of room that’s your sign you are too full.

We live on haven and have a hard time turning onto sanders ferry now no more traffic please. Do not want high density housing and look like Nashville. PLEASE STOP THIS

there seems to be no control on developer constuction, area streets or roads are always packed. It must stop!!!!

Just stop building more apartments period. Traffic in this town is bad enough and the city hasn't repaved any of the existing roads they've dug up for various reasons for years as it is.
