I feel strongly that sumner county has already exceeded its limit fir high density housing and has lost what drew me to the area. STOP all the building!!!

TRAFFIC — TRAFFIC & MOTE TRAFFIC coming for more projects ALREADY approved in other parts of they city but not yet built. AND now wanting to create even MORE of a bottle neck in the heart of the city’s main thoroughfare….NO……

There is too much high density growth in Sumner County. We are losing our county to the Greater Nashville people who want us as a bedroom community.

The traffic getting on and off the peninsula is already heavily congested and dumping more traffic on it and to Main St. from this development would magnify this problem alone to unmanageable amounts and extremely dangerous for emergency vehicle response. We can’t handle any more development here!

As a Hendersonville resident of 18 years, I am greatly concerned about the massive amount of housing being built without any concern for traffic patterns or the burden on our already over-burdened schools.

I believe the proposed building structure is wanting to go into a neighborhood that cannot support the number of residents it is wanting to accommodate. The area is completely inappropriate.

Traffic is horrible on both roads now!! We sure don't need more homes and more traffic to cause more headaches and congestion!!!

We do not want Multi family, high density housing in Hendersonville. The overdevelopment is already out of control. Traffic is a nightmare

Hendersonville is already extremely overcrowded and this will make it worse. Vote against adding more apartments and multifamily dwellings.
