Terrible plan to add even more development to an already over developed area and traffic at an all time high degree of congestion.

If Hendersonville ever had any small town charm, it is loosing it very quickly and this development will not help. My family has been here since 1963, I understand growth needs to happen, we have seen it, but all of this is extreme.

Stop approving every development before the input of your citizens & follow thru with your citizens wishes. STOP THE HIGH DENSITY BUILDING & THE EXTREME OVER POPULATION OF HENDERSONVILLE, TN.

I live on Sanders Ferry at Lakefront, and I'm afraid the building of these units will increase traffic substantially and also ultimately send my already high rent to the stratosphere.

The board of aldermen that we have had for the last 6 or 8 years is without question the worst. VOTE THEM ALL OUT!!! and let's start over. Ridiculous.

Please, no more high density development. Traffic is already terrible in Hendersonville. We don't have the highway system or infrastructure to support the additional population that high density development would inevitably bring. Quality of life is valuable! The rest of us should not have to sacrifice that for the benefit of a few people who don't even live in our community!!

Too much development!!! We are being overtaken by too many single family homes, townhomes and apartments. We do not have the infrastructure to support. STOP!!!

Stop the growth.

Overdevelopment without infrastructure and everything else necessary to support the additional population is always about the money and not about consideration to the population at large. I’ve witnessed this happening numerous times in California. The dysfunctional romance between local government and developers must stop. It takes a community!

Enough is enough. Not only high density we have to assist in buying all these new children new schools.

Stop the high density building!

Our peninsula can barely manage the traffic we have currently. Overcrowding has already caused the wildlife distress and in many cases death as well.
