STOP WESTLAKE "DOCKSIDE" HIGH DENSITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN

I’m a resident on the sanders ferry peninsula and want to continue to grow this area but NOT in this way.

No more traffic!!! Stop!

Enough already stop high density housing on this penuslia and Hendersonville as whole. The traffic is already ridiculous and will be worse if city leaders keep bending to the will of developers.

Please we are out of room. Stop building.

Stop these ridiculous high density proposals that only benefit the developers' bank accounts! NO TO WESTLAKE/DOCKSIDE!!!

This peninsula does not need anymore congestion. There are already too many accidents on that area of Sanders Ferry Rd and Main st. NO BUILDING!

This is hard NO to another group looking for developers, that includes city hall people who are part of this. Get it through your head - RESIDENTS do NOT want this! It has been stated over and over with other out of town developers. Infrastructure cannot handle it. Using incorrect number of units, and zero traffic study as sales pitches does not work either. Want to rezone ANYTHING in town? Zone to ZERO high density, high rise, and hotels.... ESPECIALLY this penninsula. If you hide the lake, it isn't the City by the Lake anymore. It's Daytona or the Jersey Shore.

Gallatin Road cannot handle more traffic.

The two-lane roads of Walton and Sanders Ferry just don't allow for the kind of traffic that the proposed retail/industrial and additional multi-family units will bring. Even if the city eventually does sync up the traffic lights on Main St., we will still be faced with much additional traffic on Main and all surrounding streets. Roads and access must be improved first.

This will destroy our beautiful neighborhood with MORE multi-dwellings and by extending Gallatin Road’s crowded commercial buildings right down our beautiful Sanders Ferry Road.

I’m absolutely against this overdevelopment of an already horribly trafficked area of Hendersonville.

No! Stop growth that cannot be supported by roads, schools, and traffic. Don't destroy Hendersonville's charm.

I do not live on the peninsula but this city does NOT need another high density development. Traffic is a nightmare, roads are horrible. Stop trying to make us like Brentwood. No no no no nooooooooooooo!!!!!!!

We do not need this in our town or our peninsula. This will cause so many future issues with infrastructure including schools, traffic, electricity, and safety of our first responders. This city is not located in a place to have high density housing everywhere. Stop destroying our relaxing beautiful city.
