How can this seriously be considered when the turning lane onto Sanders Ferry from Gallatin Road is always backed up now due to all the housing that has already been added?

Absolute NO on Westlake. I'm all for accommodating a refreshing of "old Hendersonville" but this whole plan is waaaaay too much. No.

The traffic this would bring will present logistical issues that the city is not prepared to deal with.

Not on this peninsula, old Hendersonville Let’s keep it this way. Traffic will not support it. Consider the danger with pedestrians and other vehicles. Let’s get our roads repaired and widened DUH

NO HIGH DENSITY ANYTHING. If one building is torn down on a lot, only one building, meaning one business, or one residence, can be allowed to build on that lot. STOP THE MADNESS.

Very much against anymore high density and large neighborhoods. Our infrastructure can not handle it.
