Let’s stop these developers from coming out communities proposing this type of development with no consideration to what this will do to traffic congestion with no additional infrastructure. Looks like our city leaders just want more tax revenues while not taking care of what we now have.

Traffic is bad enough.

Only morons would intentionally approve putting a stranglehold at one of the two main entrances/ exits on our peninsula.

Too much traffic around already. You can’t hardly get in or out of Sanders Ferry Road. Put that high rise junk on Indian Lake. Rockland Road is getting worse every day now with more businesses crowding the traffic light

The planning commission would do something to stop developments like this if they truly care about the residents of Hendersonville. Traffic is already unbearable and we do not need more develpment in this area.

This has got to be the dumbest proposal yet! You come sit at the traffic light at Sanders Ferry and 31 between 12 and pretty much 7 at night and then tell me that corner can support what is being proposed. Way too much traffic already!!!

Please stop this! Too much traffic on our little peninsula already. Not to mention we already had a strain on the power grid. What will this do to that?

Stop this craziness now! Post the names of the developers and their company with address.
