NO. Just say NO to this attempt to ruin the value of our homes and properties. The infrastructure cannot support it. This is a total selfish debacle. We, the People, will be angry beyond words. Thank you for supporting the people who voted you into office.

Traffic alone is already atrocious. School rooms are already borderline too large, and the infrastructure isn't prepared for MORE influx of people.

This does not benefit the citizens of Hendersonville. This benefits the developers and likely leadership in the area -- it's what happens when you have leadership that used to be a project manager for real estate development. The citizens of Hendersonville do not want this, we did not ask for it, and it's high time we stop being exploited by those trying to pull one over on us. This may be time for a good open records request.

There are already too many multi use crappy high priced places in Nashville/Madison/Old Hickory. Time to put the breaks on because the homeowners suffer.

The planning commission needs to strip out any language that mentions high density. The county cannot afford the growth without raising taxes. Until the municipalities figure out a way to pay for the needed schools and other services that growth brings, there should be a moratorium on this type of development.

There are already too many cars/traffic on all of the peninsulas in the Hendersonville and Gallatin area. No more high density unitl the roads and infrastructure is improved to support it!!
