STOP the onslaught, high density and high profits for the rich and influential while nothing is being done to upgrade the infrastructure to support this disgrace.

Enough apartments already, don’t y’all have anything better to than turn Hendersonville into a dump.

With out anding at least 4 more lanes of traffic and fixing the traffic light. it already take 25 mins to get across town.

This area is very congested already, and doesn’t have the ability to handle a high density plan such as this. Single family homes would be acceptable.

There are plenty of people in Hendersonville already, not to mention all the people from other counties who routinely visit here.

The Walton Ferry/Sanders Ferry peninsula cannot handle any more traffic.

With all the traffic we have on this peninsula, how can we afford to bring more people into our community? The roads are the same as when I moved here in 1971. Traffic has gotten horrible and nothing is ever done about the infrastructure.

Quality of life for Sumner County citizens needs to big a higher priority for elected representatives. There is already too much traffic and congestion. We are losing a wonderful place to live.
