There will not be enough services Drs. Schools etc.To cope with all theses extra people. Apart from destroying the countryside.

If these developments go ahead, we can kiss goodbye to our lovely little market town of Coggeshall. It'll be like Harlow New Town Part Two - a disaster for our rural area. If we need the housing go double the size of Witham instead - it's bang on the A12 and mainline station. But you'll still need to widen the A12 and increase train capacity first. How about build the infrastructure BEFORE building new houses. Wouldn't that be a good idea??

We need a new A120, new hospitals. Schools and gp surgeries before any new houses and certainly not quantity of houses proposed its madness.

Our current infrastructure doesn't support the population we have now. Building on this scale is NOT a sensible plan.

A town this big would be detrimental to an already weak infracture in place in the area. Increase of housing, more cars on the road leading to more congestion and environmental damage.

Please preserve what little countryside we have left. We chose to live in a village not a town! Our infrastructure can't take the population we currently have, it will completely break down if you add to it with all these extra houses.

You need to build on brown land all over the country first, we need to grow food. Plus if people are leaving the country due to leaving EU & as Teresa May suggested we will not need as many houses.
If wedo not have enough houses stop letting people in we need to grow food!!!
There is no infrastructure here to support this development, mother nature is struggling anyway - let's givefuturegenerations a chance to survive.

Stop this oversized sprawling housing estate, which will swamp the whole infrastructure of our overstretched facilities as it is. The area cannot cope with it. It will ruin the rural beauty of this area.

Although I realise that in this country more houses are needed a proposed development of this size would totally ruin what is a beautiful village and the surrounding areas and the local infrastructure would not be able to cope.

I worry for the future of our village and all local communities. Infrastructure is NOT in place for schooling, healthcare, roads and railways. Also, one would think that with brexit on the horizon growing our own food will be of growing importance....what will happen of all our arable land and is gone.

The roads are already too overwhelmed by the amount of traffic there is already, adding more houses (and therefore cars) will mean that what should be a 20 minute commute to Colchester will most likely double or triple and that's when it's not rush hour. it would be a shame to see a lovely part of the countryside dissapear due to quota that needs to be met but is not needed or useful around marks tey and great tey. Nobody thinks this is a good idea.

west tey is the wrong place for such large scale development, the area involved has poor road infrastructure and too many vehicles using the existing roads, there also doesn't appear to be any provision for to new employment locally so everyone will have to travel. existing education and healthcare locally can barley cope now

This is a dreadful idea, ruining villages, communities and the green belt with no improvements in the infrastructure. A few houses scattered around in all the existing villagers would be a much better way of absorbing all the extra houses you are expected to find.

As well as all the above important factors that make this area not suitable. How about recreational ?Just think what would happen if 500 people decided to go Clacton/Walton/Frinton for the day. The A133 at Weeley will be at a standstill.
