This really should not happen. Over building a small area and increasing the this areas population which it can't accomidate.

Absolutely don't want this development it's going to cause massive noise and disruption, and destabilise the local services such as doctors school and road traffic. Large scale development is not the answer. It's ruining pristine countryside!

The proposals show no vision and make no sense in terms of infrastructure or jobs.

There are other places to build on without using this agricultural brown belt land.

Such a development will suffocate an already stressed infrastructure around Marks Tey.

Moved to Coggeshall to escape urban sprawl can't believe a development of this size is even being considered it will have a catastrophic effect on this area. Anyone who lives locally is aware of our congested roads together with a struggling rail network ! So sad if North Essex has to succumb to the same fate as other parts of the county.

we moved here to escape big towns and cities, it's not fair to build on an area like marks Tey. And it really doesn't seem sensible either, it won't work! Roads are already crowded and people are struggling to find jobs. I know that first hand
To many people for the roads and rail etc
