Is this for the indigenous population of Essex or even the UK? I think not. To build on farm land is an irresponsible action that will leave our decendents without a much needed source for food supply.

Are they mad. This will cause major traffic issues. Destroy village life and I have yet to see evidence that this level of housing is required in the area.

A120 already to capacity with cars and heavy lorries. Rail line to London will not be able to cope with extra commuters. Countryside ruined. A badly thought out scheme, like the A120 improvements of 40 years ago, I hope it does'nt happen

This idea is laughable - the A120 can barely cope at present, destruction to wildlife and existing villages quality of life would be criminal!

This would destroy the character of the villages in the area. Already our road and rail infrastructures have deteriorated seriously and if these proposals come to fruition they are liable to fail completely.
