No way is this acceptable, our over crowded county cannot take this large number of houses. The A12 and the railway already cannot cope with the load.

There is no way that infrastructure can cope with such an expansion. As a long time commuter from marks tey, we are already struggling with parking spaces and overcrowded trains.

No. This is not a viable plan. Presently, all roads leading to and around Marks Tey are blocked around commuter time. The trains are already full and the platform cannot cope with longer trains anyway! Schools and shops are few and far between so all residents will be traveling more than the average household in such a dense housing estate.

Please reconsider this. There is plenty of brownfield land to develop and many better places than this beautiful corner of the world. The trains every morning are already packed and cannot accommodate the numbers already let alone with more people.

Do not want more houses people and traffic at a place that cannot handle it due to the lack of planning 50-60 years ago. Put these houses somewhere else that can take this pressure.

we have not got the roads and facilities like schooling, etc to handle all the extra people. The A12 is one of the worst roads in Essex and the trains are always packed. The whole stretch along the A12 will be non stop houses from practically Chelmsford to Colchester...it's crazy. Where is the countryside going...!!?

The infrastructure in this area is already stretched to the limit, and there are several more large developments in the pipeline - we just can't cope with anything this vast.

At an already bottle neck for the a12 and a120 this makes no sense at all. There is no infrastructure in place to support that level of development this side of Colchester
